JUV Consulting is acquired by United Talent Agency

JUV (JÜV?) was founded in 2016 by teenagers with this nebulous idea of what the world could look like if more diverse young people had a seat at the table. And today, we are thrilled to take our seat at one of the most impactful tables in the world by announcing that United Talent Agency (UTA) has acquired JUV Consulting, forming UTA Marketing’s Next Gen Practice.

This partnership is a phenomenal fit as UTA shares our conviction in the capacity for creators, content, and community to shape culture. UTA has always championed creative young voices across backgrounds and we are eager to amplify that work. We are excited to bring our perspective to a company that is at the epicenter of creative innovation, creating unprecedented capabilities that marry our Gen Z services with their unrivaled access to the zeitgeist. UTA Entertainment and Culture Marketing has reimagined what brand storytelling looks like and we cannot wait to add to that story with fresh insight, impact, and inspiration. 

We are bringing over the majority of our full-time team and will continue to leverage our Gen Z network for our clients. It was tremendously important to us as we navigated this process to arrive at an outcome that benefited our community as much as possible and we are really proud to have found a conclusion that does just that. 

We will also be ensuring our partners continue to receive the same quality of service from us, which will only be enriched by UTA’s forward-thinking platform. We are also, of course, carrying forward our big plans for ZCON, our thought leadership, and our vision for what phygital-first, community-first, culture-first marketing looks like in 2024. 

We could have never imagined eight years ago where this journey would take us, but this rollercoaster has only been made possible by the tremendous kindness that folks have shown us along the way. We owe infinite thanks to everyone who has ever believed in us – even in moments when we didn’t always believe in ourselves. We are overwhelmed with gratitude to every person who has ever worked for, worked with, or worked alongside us. We have earned our seats at tables we didn’t even know existed. We have proven what we are capable of – and we are still only just getting started.
